1. The packing is safe enough? What if the item is damaged?
with 28 years international sales and packing experience, our packing is professional. Pls kindly check our packing & derlivery terms firstly.
outside of packing, there are also many FRAGILE warning labels.
In a word, the damage rate is very low!
When custom receive order, pls kindly check outside packing and inside products. Pls confirm it is safe before sign it. If unluckily damaged, pls kindly take photos and get more proof. Send proof to us timely within 2 work day. we will ask for compensation from shipping company.
For some special issue, if shipping company don't handle it,we also fully promise to pay for any damage !
2. after placed an order, how long can I get the item?
for products in stock, after we got your payment , we will start to prepare the goods exactly in accordance with the order right now, and send it to our cooperation international Express company in the same day. The tracking information can be offered in 2 days. The shipping time is different based on different areas and shipping company.
for products no goods in stock, your order will be arranged to production department after receive your deposit or full payment for customized design order.
Usually, delivery time is according to factory busy or not. about 25-30 days in slack season, 35-50 days in busy season.

3. What if I was not satisfied with the products?
For stock products, it is same products as shown online. We will not offer photos before shipping. If you really need, kindly contact us in advance before shipping.
For customized design order, we will take photos for each order before shipping.
If it was because you are not satisfied after receiving product, pls kindly pay for the shipping cost , return products to us. After products back and safe, no influence to sell again, you will get full refund.
